Evidence before labels.

Travel discounts change constantly. A code can be accepted by a booking form and still be unavailable, more expensive, or restricted to a traveler who must show proof. Our job is to make those differences visible.

Evidence levels

Booking path observedThe rate or code field was observed, but availability can vary.
Community reportReported by travelers and awaiting stronger confirmation.

What “reviewed” means

The date on an entry records the last time its cited source and displayed restrictions were checked. It does not mean every hotel, rental location, airport, and future travel date was tested.

Our review checklist

  1. Identify the provider and qualifying organization.
  2. Prefer a public provider or organization source.
  3. Record who may qualify and what proof may be requested.
  4. Separate business-only rules from permitted leisure use.
  5. Compare the rate against a public flexible option when possible.
  6. Downgrade or remove stale claims instead of changing the date alone.

Corrections

When a provider changes its terms, the source and eligibility language should be updated first. Records without adequate evidence remain labeled as reported or are removed from publication.
